Sociologist, economist. I studied Economics (Finance and Banking Specialization) and Sociology on Babeş-Bolyai University and in 2009 I finished Corporate finance masters studies. I am teaching project management on Babeş-Bolyai University, Faculty of Economics.
I joined RegioConsult Team in 2006, and as a consultant in management I was responsible for the management of projects based on Pre-accession Funds (SAPARD, PHARE) and other fundraising projects. Since 2008 I am the branch manager of our Cluj Napoca team and I am responsible for investment projects.

Economist, I graduated in 2002 at Babeş-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Economic Sciences, specialized in International Economical Transactions. After finishing my studies, I worked in retail and in banking sector. In July 2009 I joined the team of PNO Grant Consultants, than Regional Consulting & Management LTD as a consultant. Presently I am responsible for the company’s Covasna county office and I am specialized in preparing, submitting and managing grant applications of small and medium companies and local authorities.

Holds a  Master in Economy (1989) from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest and a Master in Economy from Coripe-Piemonte, Italy (1995), as well as a PhD degree in Economics (specialization Marketing) from the Romanian Academy (1999). She has extensive project management experience, having worked in World-Bank financed projects within the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health, as well as in a Global Fund financed programme. Prior to that, she has worked in economic research, her field of interest being industrial economics.
She speaks Romanian, English, Italian and French.
Starting with 2010 Mihaela is part of our team of consultants, where she was involved in offering assistance in project implementation to clients, as well as in other grant consulting activities (writing project applications).

Economist. I graduated in 2008 at Babeş-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Management, becoming specialized in Finances and Banking. One year later I acquired a master’s degree in Marketing of Products at the same faculty. Then, for one year and a half, I was studying in Denmark at the International Business Academy, where I obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Sales and Marketing.
Since 2011 I am working in Sfântu Gheorghe as a consultant for Regional Consulting & Management Ltd. Here my duty is to work with small and medium sized enterprises and local governments on their projects concerning agriculture and tourism.

Economist, graduate of Faculty of Economic Sciences and Business Administration, Babeş-Bolyai University Cluj Napoca, Marketing section (2008) and Masters in Marketing Strategies and Policies (2010).
In September 2008 I joined the team of RegioConsult as a consultant and marketing responsible. As a consultant I am working on investments and IT projects on small and medium-sized enterprises and I am collaborating on NGOs’ and public authorities’ projects as well. As marketing responsible, since 2008 I participated at the preparation and launching of PNO’s new corporate identity, took part in online marketing trainings and workshops, and I am the responsible for the website of the company.

Economist. I studied economy at the Babeş-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Before joining PNO Romania, I was analyst at BRG Consult, a London based market research company. I also worked as country representative for Emergency Freight International (Ireland) and Profi Casa Kft. (Hungary).
In PNO Romania / Regional Consulting & Management I am specialized on projects related to local authorities, agriculture and tourism.
